Biography

Gilbert REVEILLON is CEO of Digital Transformation, Quantum Tech & Quantum AI, FinTech, Web3, DeFi, and Tokenization. He holds the distinction of Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite (Knight of French National Merit Order) as of June 2022. With a Harvard Business School Online Program in FinTech (Alumni April 2021) and a PhD as Maître de Conférences (Associate Professor) at Institut Mines Telecom (2013), Gilbert brings extensive expertise in high-tech leadership. His career spans aviation, high-speed rail (Eurostar), and services (Accor, BNPP), with notable achievements including CES Las Vegas Innovation Awards in 2014 and 2015 for Digital Health and Wearable Tech. As a serial investor and business angel in the digital ecosystem, Gilbert specializes in international business development for Fortune 500 companies and state-of-the-art startups. He has managed 350 startups and 30 incubators for IMT-TEM, teaching innovation and derivatives at Montpellier Business School. His expertise spans cross-border France-EU-China-UK-USA-Canada investment projects in IoT, Quantum Computing, Digital Transformation, AI & Machine Learning, Industry 4.0, AR/VR, Blockchain, Cryptos, Cybersecurity, FinTech, DeFi, Web3, and M&A. As an international keynote speaker, he has presented at the World Bank, IMF, UN, and major tech conferences globally. Gilbert serves as CCE (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur - Foreign Trade Advisor for the French Government) and President of ICT & Digital Economy. He holds French and Canadian citizenships, is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and has numerous scientific publications in marketing, information systems, and technology.
